Minimum payout here is $35 with no sign up bonus and referral earnings are on 5 levels paying a somewhat measly 31% combined. Still, the PTC section is enormous and you will receive several emails daily with both cash and points links ad this certainly is a reliable program which is known to pay promptly. Do look for referalls though if you decide to try this one.

Charmed Cents

As a member of Charmed Cents you will earn around 40 cents a day just by checking the PTC sections in your member area and more by reading your daily emails. With this in mind the £35 payout isn't all that hard to reach and of course, if you take advantage of the referral earnings of 20% combined you'll get there a lot quicker. This is a very good PTR email site which I have no qualms in recommending.

LoneStarClicks

LoneStarClicks is an older program with just over 4000 members at the time of writing but there's still plenty of opportunity to get in and build a healthy downline. The site doesn't look like much on first impressions but you will receive paid emails with links totalling around 5 - 10 cents daily in your inbox and most paid to click links on the site itself are worth 1 cent each. Minimum payout is $20 and referral percentages are 30% over 3 levels!

Mec-Co-Op-PaidMail is a very high earning paid email program but you need to be from a PPC search engine friendly country to take part - in other words, America, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. Minimum payout is $25 and most active members will be able to reach a payout within their first month without a downline as Mec sends around 80 cents worth of paid emails daily. Build a downline and that can increase exponentially as referral earnings are over 10 levels paying 35% combined.
