ACOP are one of the top paid online market research and survey companies and despite the name they are pretty active in surveying the opinions of people worldwide so it's not just for Americans! I find in a typical month I will receive one or two paid surveys from ACOP which have all been valued at $10 each for a 10-15 minute survey in my experience. Their on site blurb claims reward values are usually between $4 and $25 per survey however so your experience may differ. I have earned over $190 cash for taking surveys at ACOP to date and the rewards have always arrived within 4-6 weeks without a problem so this company is highly recommended.
Global Test Market are another paid online surveys company which will pay you cash for your opinion.At GTM all surveys are paid for participation but in the form of points which must be accumulated in order to cash out for a larger amount. A typical survey is worth around $3-$5 in points and you cash cash out at $50 worth. I tend to get several surveys a month from GTM and have found that it's not unreasonable to expect to reach the $50 minimum payout every 4-6 months. You can also earn more points by referring others to the site as well. I have been paid twice here at $50 each time.
Survey Savvy is one of the highest paying online survey sites out there. You'll not hear from them very often in my experience but when you do, they more than make up for their lack of contact with the value of the rewards on offer. I've never had an online survey worth less than $20 here, my latest being worth $40 and the one previous to that, a very healthy $100 for a four part study on employment. Advisory Panel is another sweepstakes survey site but not to worry because they claim they ensure that a survey pool is kept at a low number to give people a chance of winning. I personally have won here and I know of at least one other person who has also won ($75 each) so yes, their sweepstakes are certainly 'winnable' and yes, they do pay out as well.
